PUBG Mobile aka BattleGrounds Mobile India as KRAFTON calls the Indian version of the game in the country. Since the ban of PUBG Mobile last year in India, KRAFTON has been working quite actively to bring back one of the most popular Battle Royale games on the mobile platform for Indian users. PUBG Mobile has been a great success in India, and millions of players used to play the game every day. Since the ban of PUBG Mobile in India by the Indian Government, there have been speculations of the re-launch of the game since then. But only recently thing is looking great for the Indian PUBG Mobile players, as KRAFTON announced to re-launch PUBG Mobile in India as BattleGrounds Mobile India, with a few minor changes in the game’s user interface, some restrictions, and of course everything else to make the Government of India as convinced as they can. As the BattleGrounds Mobile India release date is approaching, we have five facts about the game that you might find interesting.
5 Facts About BattleGrounds Mobile India
Here is the list of five facts about BattleGrounds Mobile India that we know so far based on some reports, rumors, and other sources. Please note that some facts are purely based on rumors, while others are true, so we will have to wait for the final release to look for ourselves whats is true and what is not.
1. BattleGrounds Mobile India Release Date
BattleGrounds Mobile India Release Date is surely one of the questions that almost every PUBG Mobile India fan wants to know about. Although, there is no official confirmation about the launch date of BattleGrounds Mobile India, according to some rumors, the game is set to launch in the third week of June, June 18 to be more specific. But, on the other hand, according to another online rumor, the game might be launched on June 10 considering the fact that there is a Solar Eclipse on this day, and KRAFTON is eyeing this special occasion for the launch of BattleGrounds Mobile India in the country. So, the release date could either be June 10 or June 18.
2. BattleGrounds Mobile India Pre Registration Rewards
It is been almost two weeks since the Pre Registration for BattleGrounds Mobile India had gone live on the Google Play Store, while the iOS version is still awaiting. Many PUBG Mobile Indian fans must have already done with the pre registration, but those who did not must know that doing so will rewards you with some cool rewards including outfits, masks, etc. shown in the screenshot above. All these pre registration rewards will be permanent and will stay with you forever in your in-game inventory. Having some free rewards is of course better than not having anything at all. So, as a reminder, if you have not pre registered for the game yet, go ahead and do the same to not miss out on the free welcome rewards.
3. Strict Rules, and Restrictions for Players Under 18
Before the ban of PUBG Mobile in India, there have been many complaints from parents about the decline in their child’s academic performance. In fact, many underage players used their parent’s credit and debit cards to make really big transactions on the in-game purchase of UC, outfits, and other in-game stuff in PUBG Mobile. Thus, to avoid these scenarios in the country from happening again, and to keep the parents happy, KRAFTON has put some restrictions on the BattleGrounds Mobile India for all the players who are 18 years of age or below. According to KRAFTON, players under 18 years of age would not be able to play for more than three hours on a daily basis (somewhat similar to the attached screenshot from PUBG Mobile), and they will not be able to spend more than 7000 INR in a period of 24 hours. There might be more restrictions that we might know after the final release of the game.
4. BattleGround Mobile India Maps Availability
Erangel is going to be included for sure, but with a typo that will look like “Erangle.” It sounds funny that KRAFTON could not think of a new name and simply switched the positions of “l” and “e” with each other. Apart from this, Sanhok will be there, and Miramar is confirmed too. Later on, the game might get an update for the snow map Vikendi as well. But all these maps might have a slightly different name than the original one, or maybe not. The picture will get clearer once BattleGrounds Mobile India Launch will happen in the country.
5. BattleGrounds Mobile India Might Not Be Global
The last fact that we know is not going to make you happy, is that the game might not be global. This means the players of BattleGrounds Mobile India might not be able to play with the global players of PUBG Mobile, and vice-versa. This is a similar scenario as the PUBG Mobile KRJP version where only the players from Korea and Japan are able to play the KRJP version, and not with the global players of PUBG Mobile. In short, both these games will be different, and so this might not be possible for Indian players to compete against the global players from PUBG Mobile.
BattleGrounds Mobile India release date is approaching, and every PUBG Mobile India fan is very much excited for the re-launch of their favorite Battle Royale game once again. PUBG Mobile, before its ban in India, has set many records in the country, and this time the renamed Indian version, being the most awaited game in India, might as well break the old records, and set new ones. All the facts shared here are based on reports, trusted sources, and KRAFTON itself. The only thing that is not yet confirmed is the release date of BattleGrounds Mobile India. What do you think about the facts listed here, and do you know about any other interesting fact that we are not yet aware of, then do let us know through the comment section below. Until then, all we can do is, WAIT for the game to make its final release in the country.
